We are open from September 16th until November 5th, 2017: Tuesday to sunday and holiday: 10:00 - 17:00 (last entry: 16:30)


We are open from March 20th until November 4th, 2018: Tuesday to sunday and holiday: 10:00 - 17:00. During the winter month 2017/18 the museum is opened only for special events and for groups who made reservations.



  • adults: € 5,–
  • children (up to age of 6): free admission

Reduced admission:

  • children (aged 6 - 18), pupils, students (aged 19 - 25), disabled people, senior citizens, people on military or alternative service: € 3,– (for reductions a document of identification is necessary!)
  • groups (20 people or more): € 4,–
  • NÖ-Card: one entry free (starting again 2018)
  • Neusiedlersee-Card: € 3,–

Children´s tour „Peppi und die Steckerlgeige“ by and with Alexander Krakhofer: (recommended age: 6–10 years)
Participation fee: € 5,– incl. admission / per pupil  – Minimum number of pupils: 15

Tonspiele-Workshop „Ein Haydn-Spaß“ by and with the Tonkünstler Orchesters NÖ (recommended age: 6–10 years)
Participation fee: € 6,– incl. admission / per pupil - Minimum number of pupils: 15
Combined ticket: Tonspiele-Workshop „Ein Haydn-Spaß“ and children´s tour „Peppi und die Steckerlgeige“: € 8,– incl. admission / per pupil


Getting here

Travelling from Vienna by car:
Take the A4 motorway (Ostautobahn) and leave it at exit Bruck a. d. Leitha/Ost, at the traffic lights turn left and follow the B211 towards Rohrau (ca. 8 km)

Public transportation from Vienna:
From Vienna main station with regional express (REX) towards Bruck/Leitha and then take bus No. 275 in direction Potzneusiedl and exit bus at stop "Rohrau - Untere Hauptstrasse" .
Attention: Bus No. 275 runs from Monday to Friday, but not on public holidays

Travelling from Western Austria by car:
Take the A1 motorway (Westautobahn) towards Vienna, from motorway junction "Steinhäusl" take the entry A21 until you get to the motorway junction "Vösendorf" and the follow the S1 until the motorway junction "Schwechat" towards A4/E58/E60, then take the A4 motorway towards "Budapest/Flughafen" until exit Bruck a. d. Leitha Ost. At the traffic lights turn left and follow the B211 towards Rohrau (ca. 8 km).
